But while the differences with each other may not be pronounced as in the case of mac & cheese or frozen pizza, there are differences.

To get them out, we have put together a panel of ordinary citizens (no master sommeliers here) to blindly taste the water of eight large bottles around: Aquafina, Evian, Mountain Valley, smartwater, Fiji, Dasani, Voss, and Pure Life . Read on to learn what water you should use to clean your food, and what water you should wash your hands with.

SmartWater

8. SmartWater

Story: Glacéau people have their heads in the clouds. Their canal water is drawn from the sky, and then given electrolytes to taste. In the bottle they talk garbage about spring water with a joke about people who love the taste of things from underground. Snarky!

Taste notes: Tangy. Tart. It reminds us of the waters that passed through Britain many times.

Aquafina

7. Aquafina

Story: Aquafina with purified water goes through a seven-step filtration process that HydRO-7 claims to be more robust than other filtration methods, making the water much cleaner. It's symbolic!

Taste notes: A good start, but the aftertaste didn't like it. Water is a favorite. He is completely full. Water cabernet. This is an extreme American flavor.

Dasani

6. Dasani

Story: The soda titans in Coca-Cola own this purified water record, which is refilled with magnesium sulfate, potassium chloride, and salt.

Taste Notes: It sounds strange in your mouth, which our tasters have not fully embraced. It is very clean and fruitful. Tips for a static Brita filter.

evian

5. Evian

Story: Evian "senseless" is written in the background, but it is also the name of a town in the French Alps that was invented before people learned to spell things back in order to create secret messages. The company claims that its water is a marvel of geography because it has passed through a few scientifically prohibited areas. Within 15 years, rain and snow fall into an underground spring when harvested water is already full of electrolytes and minerals.

Taste Notes: Wow, that’s a lot of minerals. Electrolyte levels are excessively driven. There is concern among the group about excess hydration. The texture is small on the small side. If this were jean, it would be a thin body, not an apple.

Fiji Water

4. Fiji Natural Natural Artesian Water

Story: Tropical rainfall on Fiji's Levy Island is filtered naturally from volcanic rock where it absorbs minerals and electrolytes, then into an underground source.

Taste Notes: It has a very well-made taste in the lab, but it is a brilliant scientist from a unique world, not one of our American brainiacs. No aftertaste or mouthfeel persists. Too many minerals can mix well with rocks.

'Water increases strength'

Water is not only good for your health, it can also help you to control your weight.

The new secret to losing weight? Water

The new secret to losing weight? Water

A study published in the Annals of Family Medicine in 2016 found a significant link between not getting enough water and having a higher body mass index, known as BMI.

BMI is determined by the length of a person's weight. Having a BMI of 30 or higher is classified as obesity.

The study was based on data from 9,528 people aged 18 to 64, their immersion rates measured in urine samples. Those whose samples show dehydration tend to have higher BMIs and higher levels of obesity, compared to hydrated adults.

Water can benefit weight management because staying hydrated helps you understand better when you are actually hungry, and can increase your metabolism and energy.

"Because of the high water content, it makes sense that our bodies need water to keep our systems working. So the next time you hit an afternoon fall, drink a glass of water to boost your energy level," Fatakhov said.

"Think of it this way: I tell you to drink water, and you drink water. Your body must convert that water back to your body temperature. So if you drink cold water, your body must return it to its body temperature," he said. "That's why they say it's better to drink cold water than hot water if you're trying to burn calories."

If you think you are not drinking enough water, the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention offers tips:

Carry a water bottle throughout the day for easy access to water.

Choose water instead of sugary drinks, even if you are eating out.

Add a pinch of lime or lemon to the water to help improve the taste.

Try to freeze safe water bottles in the fridge so you can easily access cold ice water all day.
