The body constantly strives to balance -pH. When this balance is compromised many problems can arise.

It is important to understand that we are not talking about stomach acid or stomach pH. We are talking about the pH of water and body fluids which are completely different.
Foods considered acidic usually have a pH level of 4.6 or lower.
